| If you would like to cancel your membership, simply go online to billing and click the cancel membership link or call the billing department directly. |
| Is there a fee to cancel? |
| There is no fee as long as we receive a two-month notice of cancellation. In order to keep our program affordable, we must charge a two-month cancellation fee if notice is not received. All print and online advertising submissions are considered Hard Copy two months prior to publication. |
| Are there any discounts if I pay in full? |
| Yes. You will receive one month free for a full membership purchase |
| Are there any referral incentives? |
| Yes. For every referral, there is one month off for referrals up to 6 months total. |
| Can I combine my paid-in-full discount with referral incentives? |
| Yes. All discounts may be applied for up to 6 months of compensation. |
| How do I get on the cover of the directory? |
| The cover is determined by the topic of the month which is advertised in advance. For example, February might be dedicated to jewelry, candy,gift, and flower shops. All members are encouraged to submit articles which are chosen by our staff |
